Digital collection
The Institutional Repository of the Vale Institute of Technology (RI ITV) was designed to preserve the memory of activities, guaranteeing continuous and long-term access to information. This includes not only scientific and technical production, but also the preservation of institutional memory and the knowledge produced. Its purpose is to promote the dissemination and conservation of the institution’s scientific, technical, technological, cultural, and intellectual output.
Bibliotecas físicas
The ITV libraries were created to provide information for research and graduate teaching, making the necessary information available for the development of its activities.
The unit in Belém, Pará, is housed in the Center of Excellence in Energy Efficiency in the Amazon (Ceamazon), on the campus of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). There is also a library that supports ITV located in Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, on the campus of the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP).

The Pergamum system organizes the catalog of the physical and digital collection of the Vale Institute of Technology library, as well as the collection of Ceamazon, a partner since 2015. The aim is to facilitate the administration of the bibliographic collection, ensuring that all users can access it quickly and conveniently.
