PhD in Chemical Engineering
José Manuel Gonzalez Tubio Perez holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from COPPE, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a master’s degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), and a specialization in Process Control and Optimization from the same university. He graduated in Electronic Engineering from UFRJ and has worked in the field of Industrial Instrumentation and Process Automation since 1986, with solid experience in both industrial and academic environments.
He is a researcher at ITV MI, where he develops research and applied solutions in instrumentation and automation for mining. He has taught graduate courses at the Brazilian Oil and Gas Institute (IBP), SENAI, and Petrobras training programs, as well as at institutions such as the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), CEFET, Santa Úrsula University, and Souza Marques, in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics, and automation.
