Develop robots and techniques for inspecting environmental and industrial areas to remove personnel from risk zones and enhance understanding of structural conditions and equipment health. The project involves both the development of robots and the adaptation of commercial robots for mining operations. They study mechanics, electronics, and computing, covering locomotion methods, communication systems, and intelligent algorithms for environmental recognition.
